These terms govern your use of the weHireVans platform and van hire services. By booking a vehicle, you agree to be bound by these terms and our Privacy Policy.
You must be at least 21 years old (or 25 for certain vehicle classes), hold a valid full UK driving licence, and have held it for at least 12 months. We may refuse hire at our discretion.
Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of full payment via our secure payment gateway (Stripe). All prices are inclusive of VAT. A booking confirmation will be sent to the email address you provide.
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before pickup will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours of pickup are non-refundable. No-shows are non-refundable.
Vehicles must only be used in the United Kingdom. Smoking, pets (except guide dogs), and illegal activities are strictly prohibited. You are responsible for all parking and traffic fines incurred during the hire period.
Basic third-party liability is included. You are liable for all damage to the vehicle during the hire period up to the damage excess, unless you have purchased our comprehensive insurance add-on.
Vehicles are provided with a full tank and must be returned with a full tank or a refuelling charge will apply at market rate plus an administration fee of £20.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, weHireVans shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our services.
